We do not allow Warez, illegal MP3 Sites, or any form of illegal copped material, Adult Sites or IRC Bots. You may not store more data in your account than your allotted web space unless a request for more space is submitted. Your web space is for your personal use only. You must not divulge the password to any other person, and you should take reasonable precautions to ensure that other people do not discover it. If this so happens Xe Farm do not accept liability. It is your own responsibility. You must take the action that you deem necessary. Xe Farm do not keep a back up system of all data stored on the directory, therefore it is recommended that the account holder keeps their own personal backup of the data. Xe Farm shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services. We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

You may not run server processes (e.g.. talkers/IRC Bots) from your web space. Xe Farm reserve the right to cancel your subscription without prior notice. When your account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted. Xe Farm reserve the right to remove any side severer programme that interferes with the running of the directory. Users of the directory must not be involved with any Spam or bulk e-mails and any form of illegal sites. Any users who ignore this condition, Xe Farm reserve the right to terminate the subscription immediately.
